Integrated Management Approach to Improve Supply Chains:

The Voluntary Guidelines developed by EFCG, a sector group of CEFIC, represents a standard that companies worldwide are invited to commit to. The aim of these standards is to improve supply chains by using integrated management standards. Intelligent linking of well-known elements of various management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, responsible care and others leads to high standards for all business aspects, e.g. for

• Analytics
• Quality management
• Research and development and
• HR-Training

Saltigo GmbH is fully committed to follow the Voluntary Guidelines and supports EFCG in inviting all chemicals producers to commit to these standards.

EFCG has developed a questionnaire, the so-called Business Integrity Evaluation Template, referred to as "BIEn" for short, that has been specifically designed to verify companies´ compliance with the Voluntary Guidelines by enabling customers to evaluate certain aspects of this standard´s implementations.
