Chiral Chemistry at Saltigo

Saltigo offers a broad toolbox for chiral syntheses with a wide variety of asymmetric chemistries and enzymatic technologies. 

However, in many cases the most efficient approach is to separate a pair of enantiomers. 

Besides standard resolution techniques, Saltigo can apply Simulated Moving Bed Chromatography (SMB) at cGMP standards and provides separating capabilities from circa hundred kilograms to tons of racemates.

Saltigo has also developed considerable expertise in racemisation of undesired enantiomers to further improve yields and by that to drive down costs.
