Production-scale facilities
Saltigo has a longstanding track record and experience in cGMP manufacturing.
Our production-scale facilities ZeTO 1 & ZeTO 2 as well as our API-plant in Leverkusen offer cGMP manufacturing of intermediates and APIs at a production scale of 2500 to 12000 liter.
Our DHA facility in Leverkusen provides cGMP manufacturing at high pressures (e.g. hydrogenation up to 200 bar) at a scale up to 5000 liter.
Our cGMP-compliant dedicated SMB facility in ZeTO 1 in Leverkusen has 8 high-pressure columns and an annual processing capacity of ca. 5000 kg racemate.
Further facilities in Leverkusen and Dormagen allow for ISO 9001/14001 - compliant production of starting materials, intermediates, and final products at a scale of 1000 to 16000 liter.
