Process Development
Saltigo has been performing process development and scale-up for 140 years.
At our Leverkusen (D) location we have over 40 process development chemists in 11 laboratories.
They are supported by 2 dedicated scale-up laboratories and a process engineering laboratory for determining critical process parameters.
Process development is also performed at the Saltigo facility in Redmond (USA). Over 20 chemists are ready to develop your synthesis or process in modern laboratories.
The results from these teams are striking: Each year Saltigo scales up over 100 new chemical transformations to the 100 kg level or higher.
